• Discord IDs: User ID, Server ID, Channel ID, and Role IDs to manage settings.
• Message Content: Only accessed temporarily for specific features (like Automod or XP) and never stored permanently unless required for logs (e.g., deleted message logs) which are stored locally on your server's instance.
• Configuration: Settings you configure (e.g., welcome channels, auto-roles).

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the services you requested:

• To track XP and Levels.
• To manage Tickets and transcripts.
• To perform Moderation actions (warns, mutes).
• To display statistics on the dashboard.

4. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on the hosting instance running the bot (SQLite database). We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties.

5. Your Rights

You can request the deletion of your data at any time by removing the bot from your server or contacting us on our Support Server.
